Had my first facial with Rio and it was honestly amazing! She’s such a lovely girl—so friendly and welcoming—and you can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. Eventually got the courage to go for Laser Hair Removal. Isobel put me very much at ease and reassured me step by step of what was going to happen and again all the way through. Didn’t rush me and made sure I was ok continually checking. Very impressed with the whole process from start to finish and looking forward to the final results. HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

Ava is so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. She knows what she’s talking about, creates a calm and relaxing environment and provides an excellent service and personal recommendations for your skin. Thoroughly recommend!
