I had a fabulous pampering session.. Got a Dr. Renaud facial and waxing dine with Afshan..she is excellent..the skin feels softer and acne visibly reduced. Acrylic nail extensions done by Nimisha.. Beautifully done nude glitter nails perfect for back to school.. Got a hair spa and cut with an excellent job with my hair and it now feels shinier and softer. Great services and very reasonably priced!

Only comment is that going thru the warmer and getting the stones were a bit loud but other than that massage was great.

Julie gave me a flawless experience and she gave me the best balayage I've ever had. I've been getting balayages for 5 years and she truly did the best job! I won't let anyone else touch my hair, recommending to all my friends and family ! X

Renu gave me a full manicure with nail extensions and gel polish and also a gel pedicure . Her attention to detail is meticulous and she’s a lovely pleasant manner. Big comfy chair, all very relaxing . Maybe some low level chilled background music would be a nice addition .

I feel amazing

Everything was amazing. The staff is very welcoming. It was a customized birthday package gift for my friends of japanese head spa and facial and I joined them. We really enjoyed it and we were very relaxed! Jessica did my facial and she was amazing and the lady who did the spa was wonderful. Thanks also for Rose who planned everything with me! :)

massage was definitely great. However, there is no hot towel to remove the oil after the massage and hope they do have disposable clip or rubber for the hair cause the place was inside the Mall. so if like there is any walkin customer ofcourse they will not bring that kind of petty stuff.

Today I had an appointment with Roohi. I had my colour corrected and lightened from very dark to much lighter, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She took her time, explained every step, and prioritised the health of my hair the entire way through. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. She was honest about what was achievable, transparent about the process, and really educational. I was nervous about making such a big change, but she made me feel completely at ease and the results were worth it.
