Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I’ve been having my Acne Aid facials with Janine, and I can honestly say they’ve made such a difference to my skin and my confidence.Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she’s also genuinely sweet, kind, and caring. You can tell she really wants the best for her clients. My skin has improved so much since I started coming to her, fewer breakouts, smoother texture, and a noticeable glow. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well looked after.

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I visited Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation for an eyelash lift and a Dry Brush detox Ritual and was extremely impressed by the skillful, professional and all round pleasant service delivered by Justyna. The Dry Brush Detox Ritual sent me into a deep state of relaxation. It included exfoliation with a brush, cleansing, steam therapy, a clay mask and a relaxing shoulder massage. I felt very taken care of and the whole experience left me feeling both soothed and refreshed. We followed this with an eyelash lift which has revitalised my eye area leaving me feeling fresh and youthful!

Sian has been my go-to esthetician and has been looking after my skin needs for nearly 2 years. She recently recommended Botanycl Skinclear Elixir a month ago. I have only been taking the supplements for a month and already, I see the benefits of this product. I usually get hormonal acne before my menstrual cycle but I haven't experienced hormonal breakouts during my last cycle. Botanycl does what it says on the label in tackling hormones and I would recommend this to anyone with bad skin.
