She offers great tips and advice so you get the best from your treatment and any products. Her facials are technical but also super relaxing and just leave your skin looking fabulous.

I was a bit nervous about going in for a trim as I've been trying to grow my hair for a while, but as a woman of a certain age, it seems to take longer. However, I needn't have worried. Robyn knew exactly what she was doing and by the time I left the salon my hair not only looked thicker, but longer too! I went to Rachel for Cellstory Korean Liquid Microneedling. This was my first facial in years and it was honestly an amazing experience. Rachel was so professional, talked me through every step, and shared so much knowledge. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin looks absolutely amazing afterwards. I’ll definitely be booking more treatments. I’ve been going to Rachel for LVL for many years, and this facial just confirmed why there isn’t anyone else I’d go to. Thank you!
