I had my first Brazilian wax today and couldnāt have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous, but she immediately put me at ease by explaining everything she was going to do and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. She was so calm, friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference. She took her time and did everything she could to make the experience as pain-free as possible. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Harbs Beauty Room to anyone, especially if itās your first time getting waxed. Iāll definitely be returning!
