Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Thank you Rich & stay safe!

I can’t recommend Sian enough! She does all of my waxing, and the results are always amazing. She’s so professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease from start to finish. Her attention to detail is second to none, and the results are always flawless. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients, Sian is the one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
