I love getting my monthly haircut with Julie! It's incredible to think that I only discovered her after a less-than-stellar experience at Steven and Laurent. By far, this is the best salon in Bideford. The vibe created by all the girls there is simply fantastic. They truly make every visit memorable!

I had a really positive experience with my acupuncture treatment. My knees are already feeling better after just one session, which I’m so pleased about. PJ is clearly very skilled, and also such a warm, kind person who immediately puts you at ease. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic hair cuts - always the highlight of our week when we visit Mel. Lots of laughter, fab location and brilliant hairdressing - what more could you ask for.

Had treatment with Phoebe today for my shoulder after dislocating it on Boxing Day, and the before and after difference was night and day! As a sports massage therapist, PT, DJ, and training in bodybuilding, having shoulder stability and strength is extremely important for both work and training. Phoebe was very thorough with her assessment, checking my mobility, strength, stability, and movement before treatment. Had sports massage, suction cups, and dry needling, and by far the best treatment I’ve had!! Very welcoming, professional, and a really clean environment. Highly recommend!! 🤩

Emily is a consummate professional and always does a great spray tan. With care you can keep the tan going for up to 10 days. Emily is super and I would highly recommend her beauty services.
