I love getting my monthly haircut with Julie! It's incredible to think that I only discovered her after a less-than-stellar experience at Steven and Laurent. By far, this is the best salon in Bideford. The vibe created by all the girls there is simply fantastic. They truly make every visit memorable!

This was my 2nd visit . Phoebe did a deep tissue massage and dry needling on my problematic shoulders. I had a marked improvement after my first visit and am looking forward to more . It was my first time having dry needling treatment and am already feeling the benefits as my shoulders and neck feel more relaxed. I can highly recommend 👌

The best nail technician and spray tan specialist in Bideford! I've had 2 sets of builder gel nails and a bridal tan consultation with Emily and highly recommend her. After unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere, I found Emily for my wedding nail journey. She is knowledgeable, honest, and uses only trusted products. As a blonde, I wanted a natural-looking tan, and Emily provided all the information needed to choose the right Bondi Sands color. The tan was gorgoeus, even, and exactly what I wanted. I was thrilled with the results and felt fab on my hen weekend! Thanks Emily 😘✨️

Really impressed with PJ Sports Rehab, Friendly and great knowledge. Fixed my lower back in one session and even sent me some stretches to help my least flexible muscle groups. Definitely coming back.
