What an awesome experience! Not only is Erica 100% professional, explaining every step, risk and possibility - she is an absolutely beautiful person! I really enjoyed the whole experience and was surprised by how little it hurt! Erica was very gentle and I think knowing what to expect helped a lot! Erica spent the time to get the shape exactly right for my eyes and what I wanted, while giving me advice and guidance to get the best result! And I'm so very very happy with them!! Overall a really good job with good feedback from friends and family. I definitely think I will need hot rollers for my hair to have volume on the top as it went quite limp. I would like my eyebrows a little lighter and my lipstick a little darker, otherwise all good. Thankyou!
