Excellent customer service - Shantelle was so polite, kind and accommodating when arranging the booking and Raychelle was lovely when doing my lashes. She did a great job with my lashes, very affordable and would definitely recommend!

Most amazing turn out after lashes and brows- and even though the results exceeded my already high expectations based off of current reviews, what really made the experience was the incredibly lovely technician. She was kind, easy to chat with and made the experience a 12/10. I can’t recommend her or her services enough. Best lashes in Brisbane, sweetest technician in Queensland!

What an awesome experience! Not only is Erica 100% professional, explaining every step, risk and possibility - she is an absolutely beautiful person! I really enjoyed the whole experience and was surprised by how little it hurt! Erica was very gentle and I think knowing what to expect helped a lot! Erica spent the time to get the shape exactly right for my eyes and what I wanted, while giving me advice and guidance to get the best result! And I'm so very very happy with them!! I'm a smoker and my lips used to have dark spots, but not anymore! Thanks to my lip tattoo (touch up) they look lighter and brighter. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enhance their smile.

Hedy is really great! I even fall a sleep when she is helping me to extend my eye lashes 😆 everything is so natural and I don’t think heavy for my eyes.

I had been seeing Shantelle for lashes on and off for about a year now, and was pleasantly surprised to hear she offered skincare services. I had never gotten a facial before and honestly my life is forever changed! I suffer from acne and some scarring and Shantelle is very knowledgeable in recommending products for long term healthy, clear skin. Honestly, catch me never going out on the weekends (not that we can go out atm) because I’d rather be getting facials! The glow is honestly addicting. Super happy with the condition of my skin so far, I can’t wait to see the long term results!!

I had my hair and makeup trial with Marie and she was amazing! Really helpful and gave great ideas. I love the way my hair and makeup turned out. So excited to have her do my wedding look!

Shantelle did my lashes for my trip to Japan and they came out BEAUTIFUL. She is so skilled and nailed everything down to the curl, weight, and fan. I have oily eyelids so lashes tend to fall out a little quicker on me. But believe me when I say that after nearly two weeks of travel, my lashes pretty much looked exactly how they did when I left! (I was also cleansing them twice daily). I wouldn’t trust anyone else for extensions and can honestly say I’ll never leave the country without getting my lashes done by Shantelle!! ✨
