Love this spa! Massage was fantastic. Very relaxing. If you haven’t tried an infrared sauna, you don’t know what you are missing! So much better than the traditional steam sauna. Salt cave is wonderful.

I had the most relaxing experience while there. I did a massage with Natalia, the infrared sauna and then the salt cave. I loved it all but the salt cave was my favorite. At the end of it all it was the perfect way to relax and soak everything in. The guided meditation I listened to and the blanket they provided made it even more enjoyable! I will definitely be back !

We really enjoyed our Kobido facials with Ava and April, and my massage with Deyshaun was the best I've had. The salt room and sauna were relaxing; we will be back!

This was my first time visiting this spa. I purchased the Mother's Day package and attended with my sister, mom, and mother-in-law. The location was so pretty! And clean! The aesthetic is very luxe feeling and instantly you're greeted by a gorgeous and kind staff. The massage was definitely 10/10! The therapist was willing to communicate and even offered suggestions for pain management at the end. The salt cave was super cute and very relaxing. Myself and my guests loved our experience overall--it was all we could talk about for the rest of the weekend. Definitely recommend!

The MOST affordable premium spa facility I've ever been to. It's incredibly clean and beautiful. The sauna is superb, the shower rinse off was amazing, the salt cave and message were breath taking. And the salt lamps they sell are so incredibly low in price. The atmosphere is super cozy and luxurious and clean. The staff is so friendly! I loved it here. This was my first visit here and I plan on coming here twice monthly. Way better than the city prices and services I've purchased in Chicago.

I had a wonderful 60 min massage from Malik followed by an infrared sauna session and as always I felt amazing afterwards. I have been coming here for a while now and I will keep going back. The decor and the essential oils diffusing in the spa are a perfect relaxing vibe.

Absolutely wonderful experience. From the time I walked in the spa to leaving, the customer service was beyond excellent. The Spa was spotless and the staff was amazing. My esthetician, April, was wonderful! She took the time to analyze my skin, provided answers to my questions and advice on products. She was professional, kind, and took her time with the facial massage which made me feel relaxed. Exactly what I needed. The products at the spa was very nice also. I got hungry smelling them lol. The salt cave was amazing as well. Very relaxing. I highly recommend the Spa!

I’m not much on writing, but I did enjoy my time at the spa. We were in company of Fifteen women, so the fellowship was also enjoyable. The salt cave was so relaxing…… sauna was good, and I also liked the graduation tower. Although I felt I needed more time to fully get the benefits of it. I would definitely do it again.

My entire experience was wonderful! I was able to get a same day appointment. I got stuck in traffic and was running late. Isabella was incredibly kind and told me not to worry. My masseuse, Maleek, was very professional and polite. The massage was fantastic. The atmosphere was completely relaxing and enjoyable. It is also very clean, which is important to me. I can’t wait to try the facial and sauna. I highly recommend this spa!

Everyone was very nice and professional. The infrared sauna experience was much more pleasant for me than a steam or dry sauna. Everything was clean and it was a very relaxing experience. I'll be going back and will probably try some of the other services they offer.

It took me awhile to relax and get into it (not because of any fault of the Salt Cave but I just had many things on my mind). Kuddos to the relaxing space you created because by the end I was VERY relaxed. My only feedback is to find a way to more gently pull people back at the end of the session. The recording "Your session is now over" jolted all of us and we joked about how abrupt it felt.

I went in the infrared sauna today. I had the color s randomly run through session. I felt so good after I got out after 45 min. This was my second time in the sauna. It helped with my fibro pain, my sinuses from allergies and improved my overall mood. The girl at the desk was super sweet. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I’ll definitely go back and adventure through other treatments at the spa.

I’ve loved everything I’ve experienced at Royal Salt Cave & Spa—just tried the infrared sauna…it was great! The massages are really good and I always doze off in the salt cave because it’s so relaxing. The entire staff are so professional ensuring you have a great experience! I’m asking for more gift cards to this place for the holidays! Gift cards are good for 1 year.

The overall relaxing atmosphere is wonderful! The salt cave is amazing. It puts me in a trance. I feel so relaxed when I exit. I had a massage for the first time at Royal Salt Cave and Spa, and it was phenomenal.
