Love this spa! Massage was fantastic. Very relaxing. If you haven’t tried an infrared sauna, you don’t know what you are missing! So much better than the traditional steam sauna. Salt cave is wonderful.

Kirsten and Kat were so nice. Really needed the amazing sauna. An hour of silence from toddlers was life changing. The Salt Cave was awesome too. Provided peace and relaxation from the outside world.

This was my first time visiting this spa. I purchased the Mother's Day package and attended with my sister, mom, and mother-in-law. The location was so pretty! And clean! The aesthetic is very luxe feeling and instantly you're greeted by a gorgeous and kind staff. The massage was definitely 10/10! The therapist was willing to communicate and even offered suggestions for pain management at the end. The salt cave was super cute and very relaxing. Myself and my guests loved our experience overall--it was all we could talk about for the rest of the weekend. Definitely recommend!

I had the most relaxing experience while there. I did a massage with Natalia, the infrared sauna and then the salt cave. I loved it all but the salt cave was my favorite. At the end of it all it was the perfect way to relax and soak everything in. The guided meditation I listened to and the blanket they provided made it even more enjoyable! I will definitely be back !

I have tried multiple services at the Royal Salt Cave and spa, each have been enjoyable! Today I tried the Graduation Tower for the first time, and I think that's my new favorite!!! So great for any respiratory issues or just refresh! I highly recommend this facility!!

Everything was great as usual. There is a new front desk guy and there are two things he did that I’ve never experienced. He was helping us who naturally were the next people to be helped and when a customer finished their sauna he was going to stop helping us to help her which doesn’t really make sense and she had to tell him to continue to help us. Also in all the time I’ve been going there (2 years almost?) no one has made me fill out the tip envelope info. It’s not as big of a deal as the other thing but just thought I’d mention it.

Exceptional skin care products & spa treatment s!

I had a sauna and massage. Both were good. Showers should be provideded in between paid services. I was not aware it was even an option. Other spas offer the service complimentary. Staff was nice, but the facility was understaffed in my opinion. Facilities were clean.

I went in the infrared sauna today. I had the color s randomly run through session. I felt so good after I got out after 45 min. This was my second time in the sauna. It helped with my fibro pain, my sinuses from allergies and improved my overall mood. The girl at the desk was super sweet. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I’ll definitely go back and adventure through other treatments at the spa.

I’ve loved everything I’ve experienced at Royal Salt Cave & Spa—just tried the infrared sauna…it was great! The massages are really good and I always doze off in the salt cave because it’s so relaxing. The entire staff are so professional ensuring you have a great experience! I’m asking for more gift cards to this place for the holidays! Gift cards are good for 1 year.

I am so happy we have salt cave and spa like this in Frankfort. I especially enjoy the infrared sauna. JJ and Hallie are always genuinely helpful, kind, and patient. Service like that seems to be rare these days. I really appreciate their work ethic and attitude.

The MOST affordable premium spa facility I've ever been to. It's incredibly clean and beautiful. The sauna is superb, the shower rinse off was amazing, the salt cave and message were breath taking. And the salt lamps they sell are so incredibly low in price. The atmosphere is super cozy and luxurious and clean. The staff is so friendly! I loved it here. This was my first visit here and I plan on coming here twice monthly. Way better than the city prices and services I've purchased in Chicago.

Good sauna. Love the color spectrum. Though it’s recommended that the patron brings water, the spa should provide more than cup of water at the start and have 1-2 cups of water to serve after.
