✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

This was my first treatment at Rejuvenate and can honestly say I have not felt that relaxed in years! It is such a lovely, calm space and Natalie is so welcoming and obviously is great at what she does. She even made time to answer any questions and discuss future treatments. Already can’t wait to go back again soon

The luxury lymphatic facial with Rejuvenate is pure indulgence from start to finish. From the minute I stepped into the studio I relaxed into the space and the treatment and left with a glow.

Had an incredible lymphatic facial at rejuvenate yesterday. Natalie was so warm and welcoming and explained everything so nicely. The space was so lovely and all of the products smelt amazing. The facial itself was so relaxing and Natalie really does have magic hands! Highly recommend!

I didn’t want to leave!! Not only was Natalie lovely and welcoming, she set the tone by explaining each aspect of my treatment and it’s purpose which made me even more excited! It was impossible to choose my favourite aspect but I did love the cold treatment element. I also loved the level of consistency, as past spa treatments I have had elsewhere have left me underwhelmed as one side of my face/back/arms etc were not massaged/treated as equally as the other but Natalie was fantastic at this! I’m already thinking of next treatment! Highly recommended! Thank you!!

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

Had another stunning glow luxury facial with Emily last week. I was having a bit of a breakout leading up to the facial but my skin has settled so much since! Acne has pretty much cleared up and my skin has felt so soft. Makeup has been going on a dream! The chest and arm massage was absolutely amazing, perfect amount of pressure. Can’t wait to come back :)
