I went with my friend and we had a lush time!! We enjoyed the infrared sauna, the red light therapy and the pressotherapy! Was so relaxing! Will definitely go back!

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. It’s also the first treatment I’ve had where I saw results very quickly. grateful for the treatment and care given

I had a two hour full body massage earlier today and it was amazing! The ambiance was perfect, soft music and relaxing scents. The lady who massaged me was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable and the dim lighting was so relaxing. I had a warm welcome and the staff are really friendly and they seem to enjoy making people happy. The lady who massaged me was really good and she worked hard for the whole two hours. I felt the benefit as soon as I left the salon. As the evening continues I feel more and more relaxed. Thank you so much to all at Thai Touch . God bless.

Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Wow what an amazing place this is. I went for the recovery lounge & after one session there bought a package as it has all my needs in one place. The attention to detail is spot on, Filip & Zoe have been so helpful (as have all the staff). There are call buttons to help with anything and handy little tools i.e led mask for added extras when youre relaxing. I look forward to coming here every week and really does set up my week! I know they offer a communal space but I prefer the privacy of the recovery lounge .

Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

My experience today was great.. Fon was amazing she knew exactly where to target my painful areas, I was very relaxed with her, she has a lovely manner. I will definitely be back.

Just had my second microneedling session with Emily, and I can’t recommend her enough. She always makes the experience feel relaxed and comfortable by tailoring the treatment to my skin’s specific needs. I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

I had a pre-Cardiff half massage followed by a drink and chat. It was so relaxing and refreshing. A great way to start the weekend- thanks Waiyee.

Had a wonderful time at the recovery lounge with my best friend. We used the sauna, red light therapy and pressure therapy. Filip was fab! He was so friendly, welcoming and really ensured we felt relaxed and pampered. Nothing was too much for Filip, a fantastic host for the recovery lounge - we enjoyed our time so much as the space was intimate and personal allowing us to truly relax and catch up with one another, much different to your larger commercial spas! We cannot wait to return as the facilities were fantastic and we're excited to see as more facilities become available!
