We celebrated the 20th anniversary of our company, Combit, here yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. It was our first visit to Banya No.1 Hoxton, and we were genuinely impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and everyone in our team thoroughly enjoyed the steam sessions. We also loved the private Taiga room. It gave us the feeling that the whole celebration was truly our own, making our company anniversary even more special. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everything was well organised. Thank you to th

Eirini is amazing. This was no ordinary massage or facial, she has magic healing hands. I left relaxed, completely pain free and glowing. I cannot recommend Eirini enough. It was a wonderful experience.

Hands down the most relaxed I’ve ever been during a facial. Kush was extremely welcoming and reassuring from the moment I walked in, and took the time to properly chat with me before and after the treatment — it felt genuinely personalised rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The studio itself was so serene, exactly the kind of calm you want going into a treatment. Genuinely one of the best facial experiences I’ve had, I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Just had a 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage with Liga and I’m always apprehensive as I can find back massages quite painful - but this was such a great experience! I’ve come out feeling incredibly relaxed and stretched out! Some parts were a bit tender as I have such a tight back and lots of knots from an office job, but I’ll definitely return!

I just had a chemical peel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The aesthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so well. My skin feels amazing, and the whole session made me feel really good and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I had the most relaxing and welcoming appointment and experience with Ambee and staff at Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment. The technique of painless waxing and the ambience of the room left me feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. I will definitely recommend Ambee and her team. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with Izzy on the train down to London after reading reviews of various salons. The booking process was easy and luckily there was an appointment left. Izzy contacted me to ensure I knew where I was going. She sorted out my stubby nails gently and beautifully. I'm delighted. Highly recommend.

I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

A recent massage experience with Bruno left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. The therapist was professional and attentive, asking about areas of tension before beginning the session. The pressure applied was perfect—not too light, but not overly intense.

I have been seeing Hayley for my waxes for over 10 years now, and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else despite living in South London. She is quick, thorough and flawless; there are never any stray hairs, I love our chats and I leave feeling great. Strongly recommend!

I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

Was my second time coming here and there’s no other place like it in London. I always ask for the strongest possible pressure and I don’t always get that. But both times I have been here now I have had the best experience! Incredibly friendly staff and amazing massage!

A couple of days after my visit to the centre, I couldn’t resist to book again, and I’ll do so once back to London! Iwona is just amazing 🫶🏻 The best experience ever! It’s just above the perfection! Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! I wanted that time to last forever! Iwona welcomed me warmly as always, and the extra is that she’s never in a rush! We had a wonderful conversation after the treatment for almost an hour! I’ll see you soon Iwona 🫶🏻 Thank you

What an experience. I booked the birthday bliss package as a treat and when I walked in I saw the most amazing private spa. Sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, shower...paired with balloons, cake & fresh water. The facilities were fab, with lockers, robes, flip flops and Rebecca was the star of the show. Attentive and super skillfull I felt like a new person after the massage. I will 100% be back again.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Nick on a recent trip to london . Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and I was greeted by Nick with a beautiful smile. The massage was excellent with Nick effortlessly blending elements of therapeutic, stretching and sensual massage. As a masseur, he was always present, never distracted and I never felt anything less than his no.1 priority. The only thing Nick excels at more than as a masseur is being a kind, incredible, compassionate, thoughtful and sensitive human being. I felt a real connection with Nick and I would wholeheartedly recommend him

Amazing experience, I feel lighter and more relaxed. Eirini was really calming and explained the process, I could feel the energy as she worked on me. I will book again.

Mangala gave me an excellent massage today, he instinctively combines firm and relaxing pressure treatments in different parts of the body, where needed. Although Mangala asked me where I have aches in my body, it's like he already knew anyway once my massage was underway. I shall strongly recommend Mangala to my friends.

Been with Harley for years. Her deep tissue massage is top notch. Always professional, welcoming, and considerate. That’s why even when my office moved from East London to West London, I keep coming back!
