The most perfectly relaxing experience from start to finish. The location, the welcome, consultation, beautifully well thought iut space, the treatment itself was utter bliss, and time to chill out and gather myself at the end. I will absolutely be returning. Felt very looked after and calm. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Skin feels beautiful. Lovely products.

I always feel so relaxed after a treatment from ōm Holistic but this felt like a whole different experience. Every single detail from arrival to leaving is thought of to set you at ease. The most beautiful thing for me was how the space was considered, with natural sunlight and soft textures throughout. The reflexology treatment was amazing as always, but this felt like the whole space was created to make me feel safe, grounded and relaxed. So incredible.

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Me and my sister really enjoyed our experience wish you all the best for the future and will definitely be recommending you to people as you are so great at your work and are so kind and caring just what you need when you want to relax and wind down away from it all xxxx

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sanctuary of peace and care in Harrogate.

Beautiful space and setting and so calming with wonderful touches. Treatment was incredible, Alaine is so knowledgeable and understands the body and energy. Just what I was looking for. I booked reflexology and am looking forward to my next appointment, for a head massage.

The Bothy is such a unique calm and comforting space, with the closest attention to the most beautiful details. There is no rushing, complete stillness and the most incredible facial with the most thoughtful finishing touches. Everyone should try The Bothy!

My friend and I had such a lovely morning here! We did the two souls experience - I had the facial (which I always get because they're so good!) and my friend had the reflexology which she said was great. It was such a relaxing experience. The space is beautiful, the extra touches like the foot bath, gowns, slippers, drinks and snacks were such and nice touch. We took a book and read while the other had their tretment, and it was so nice to just be able to switch of and relax. Alaine, as always, was so welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend in you want a few hours of 'me time'!

What an absolutely incredible service and treatment from the moment I stepped into the building, I knew I was in for something special. Not only is the space created magically.. but for the first time in a very long time I felt at complete calmness.. the facial was wonderful, the best facial i’ve ever had! My face is glowing, my energy is restored and I couldn’t recommend Om Holistic and Alaine any more. She is such a wonderful holistic professional, so friendly and thoughtful. she has created a wonderful space to experience peace. Thank you x

When I heard Alaine was opening a new space I knew it was going to be wonderful. I’m so glad I went to the bothy for a treatment. If you know her from Moortown then I’d say try out the new place, it doesn’t disappoint. It’s still amazing treatments but it’s just a whole new level. I loved the foot soak, I loved the light and ambience. I’m going to re book to go with my daughter for a treatment. Thank you Alaine it was a great experience again x

I’ve had treatments before with Alaine at The Studio but this was my first visit to The Bothy. I was blown away! As soon as I walked through the door, I felt all my tension & worries disappear. Alaine has such a calming influence & as always the treatments are amazing. Every single detail is so meticulously thought out, from the furnishings to the set up to the beautiful treats. Everything just screams “love@ & “wellness”. If you get the chance to have a treatment with Alaine, you will not regret it. You will leave feeling like a heavy weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

Alaine is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She has truly created a sanctuary at both of her locations. The Bothy is stunning from the moment you walk in. Alaine has thought of everything and you feel pampered and relaxed. I could feeeel how much tension has disappeared after my massage. I’ll be back again and again 💚

I really enjoyed my reflexology treatment at Om. I’d never had it before so didn’t know what to expect, but I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The treatment room is absolutely stunning, with beautiful little touches, relaxing music and calming aromas. Alaine was very professional and welcoming - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services. I’m already looking forward to booking back in for a facial!
