Honestly cannot recommend Chel enough, I have been going for lymphatic drainage for a while and the difference is amazing feeling much less swollen, I look forward to my appointment every month…if you have been thinking about booking in I highly highly recommend ❤️ Chel is so knowledgeable and immediately makes you feel relaxed and at ease

I visited Louise today I had got a voucher for the Stress Bundle Package received from Louise donating a voucher for the local school for their Christmas raffle. I did not know Louise was litterly on my own door step. I have not had a massage like this before, I feel amazing. Louise was fantastic took her time didn't not miss anything. Made me feel at home and relaxed. Service is phenomenal. Kind, friendly and welcoming. A big big thank you. Will book in very soon for a full body. Greatly appreciated Louise xx

Chelle is excellent. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible and she has the magic touch. Perfect experience for relieving stress and tension levels, comfortable relaxed venue. So important to take time for your holistic well being. The back massages are preventing my back from being in pain by a mixture and light and hard massage to take out all the knots and the lymphatic drainage massage is class. Takes away the sluggish bloated feeling that I get. Thankyou Chelle

Wow what can I say, I feel like I’m walking on clouds,my body feels so relaxed and my feet are so well massaged, I would highly recommend visiting Brenda for reflexology ,she explained all the oils she used and what areas she worked on .I will definitely be booking in again soon.

Her technique was intuitive and professional, with just the right balance of pressure and care. She clearly understands the body and knew exactly where to focus to release tension. A five star experience every visit . Aisling’s holistic bliss session is warm and relaxing I would highly recommend!! Look forward from one session to the next . After my me time I have an overall better sense of feeling calm and relaxed . This has been a journey for myself help and Aisling has been a great help throughout with her selection of different treatments so for anybody out there that is just thinking about going for a treatment id say Aisling is one of the best .
