Chelle is excellent. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible and she has the magic touch. Perfect experience for relieving stress and tension levels, comfortable relaxed venue. So important to take time for your holistic well being. The back massages are preventing my back from being in pain by a mixture and light and hard massage to take out all the knots and the lymphatic drainage massage is class. Takes away the sluggish bloated feeling that I get. Thankyou Chelle

Wow what can I say, I feel like I’m walking on clouds,my body feels so relaxed and my feet are so well massaged, I would highly recommend visiting Brenda for reflexology ,she explained all the oils she used and what areas she worked on .I will definitely be booking in again soon.

A five star experience every visit . Aisling’s holistic bliss session is warm and relaxing I would highly recommend!! Look forward from one session to the next . After my me time I have an overall better sense of feeling calm and relaxed .
