What an experience, I booked a spa day package, including sauna, ice bath, spa, massage and a fabulous new experience salt bath, this was a first for me, after the afternoon I felt grounded, centred and back in my body, the owner of the wellness centre went above and beyond and made my afternoon really relaxing, just what I needed, the massage was great, it always is, I can’t wait for my next booking next week :)

Super!! The hydrotherapy jets were similar to a heavy duty massage. The infrared sauna, very relaxing and not very dehydrating. The cold bath, well, that was invigorating!! Staff were wonderful and the atmosphere very, very relaxing. However, no hairdryer.

I loved my visit today-spa, sauna and massage. My masseuse Lalya was amazing. Best massage I’ve had in a long time (and I’ve had alot of massages).

Lovely staff and I felt so much more flexible after the ice bath, spa and sauna. It was a great experience and I will go back. I feel so much better after the experience.

Massage therapist was really good and they offer lots of treatments. Have always had a great experience with massages and loving the new spa, sauna and cold bath area.

Exceptional treatment today at the new Mandala Wellness centre. Spa, ice bath, sauna then 1 hr masssge. Arrived with a headache which melted away over 2 ½ hrs. Highly recommend.

My massage, sauna and salt treatment were all very relaxing, and Rena is an excellent masseuse - I was particularly impressed with her work on my neck and shoulder area. My only issue was the noise from the reception area and outside walkway filtering into the treatment rooms was distracting for my relaxation. I also found the temperature in the massage room very cool.

Amazing relaxing place to restore I was able to walk in and have a high quality massage along with sauna & hydrotherapy. The facilities were top notch & very clean.

I have never had a massage like it before focussing on pressure points. I feel that this was very worthwhile. I also loved the sauna, cold plunge and sauna experience. I was very happy with my massage girl.
