Tama wellness is such a beautiful ambient space to relax! I loved the spacious glass sauna and it was a lovely finish to rinse off under a shower head comparable with a small waterfall 😂 Thankyou for a lovely experience ✨

This was my first time at TAMA and first time experiencing a lymphatic message and infrared sauna. The massage was extremely relaxing and calming. I felt rejuvenated when I left.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was incredible! I highly recommend it. Jodi was amazing . I will definitely go back again! I can’t wait to try sauna/ice bath there as well

The love, thought, and attention to detail that Jodie instills in Tama make each treatment truly unique. The relaxation massage following a sauna session was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the week. Jodie has a lovely calm and welcoming presence, and her extensive knowledge of massage was undeniable. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, and I can’t wait to return for my next visit and tell everyone they must go!

AMAZING!! The most relaxing 2 hours ever - I added the face mask to elevate my sauna session (definitely recommend!) and listened to a 15 minute meditation to wind down. Followed by a one hour massage by Evie which was unreal, she’s passionate about what she does and my body is soo grateful ⭐️

I just had my first ever facial with Kristy at Tama and it was nothing short of DIVINE! Not only does Kristy demonstrate her skills, experience and passion for bodywork during the treatment, but also radiates an extremely soothing and calming energy that is the epitome of relaxation. I felt as though I was on cloud 9 during and well after the appointment! The space at Tama has clearly been curated to provide the utmost indulgent experience possible - every tiny detail that can enhance rest, revitalisation and nourish the soul has been tended to.
