My family and I came to KURE and the experience was one we will never forget. The beautiful space, atmosphere, the sauna itself and ice bath itself were of very high quality, the music! We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved this sauna and ice bath experience. The private home setup is incredibly well done, so peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and easy to feel comfortable in. Everything flowed perfectly, and it felt like a true reset.

Really well set up, private area. The decor and plants are really nice. The instructions provided before the session were very clear and well communicated. The board with suggested instructions and timing for the sauna was really helpful, particularly for a first time user! Overall a really relaxing experience, left feeling very good. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful, calm and we'll thought out space. On arrival Lou greeted my partner and I through the sauna and I've bath and left us to it. It was the hottest far infrared sauna I've ever been in and being a 4 seater, it was very spacious for the 2 of us. The ice bath took a bit of courage but once in it was so invigorating! With the property being a rear block it was incredibly peaceful and private.. can't wait to get back there!

WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

Wow! What an oasis in Watermans bay! To be able to park up - go for a coast walk, then enjoy a sauna and ice bath sesh was the ultimate morning with my girlfriends! Such a secluded and cool spot! I can’t tell you the energy I had after that “me time” morning! I will definitely be returning to Kure ❤️

I had never used an ice bath or sauna before, but my first experience was amazing! The space is really well-designed and radiates a calming atmosphere. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and trees when you jump into the ice bath. The moment you enter the sauna is now my fave. You may even play your own calming music by pairing your phone with Bluetooth! I was in my element. I will most certainly return after such a fantastic first encounter!

As soon as you step through the gate to Rise and Fall you are instantly transported! It truly feels more like a private resort in Bali than a home business. So incredibly relaxing, the space is perfect in every way, right down to the tiniest details to make the visit as easy, unique and comfortable as possible. Will definitely be making this a regular visit!

My partner and I went to Rise and Fall Wellness on Saturday and honestly, we were so impressed. When you arrive you’re able to walk straight through on a private path into the wellness area, which instantly makes it feel calm and easy. Everything was clean, set up well, and just a really good vibe overall. We’ll definitely be back!
