I had the most incredible spa experience today! I booked the full body massage, scalp massage, and facial — and Ebony was amazing. She has such a perfect touch, knowing exactly where to focus and making me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The scalp massage was pure heaven, and the facial left my skin glowing. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and totally pampered. Highly recommend Ebony and this spa — five stars!

Me and my brother went for a spa day. We did the oasis and massages. The massage therapists were so friendly and did a great job. It was truly a very zen moment for us. The oasis was also amazing. The sauna felt so good and it was really good to just sweat away our toxins. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Very professional and easygoing staff. Keep up the great job!!!

We had a 1.5 hour stay at the Oasis, it was beautifully tranquil and relaxing in the sauna and spa, the cheese platter was a nice finishing touch. Definitely will come here again.

I enjoyed my time at Bali Spa. I went for a relaxing 60min facial. The bed was warmed up and lights were dimmed for an ultimate relaxing experience while getting my facial treatment. Loved it!

Best spa experience I had to date. Customer service was amazing. Treatment was perfect. Sauna and a massage amazing ending my 2 hours of bliss sitting in a garden with cup of tea. Had a beautiful spa day at this one and a million Retreat. You will not be disappointed. My therapist, Rose, was lovely, the treatments and products used are simply devine and the lunch and refreshments provided was fabulous. The Retreat itself is stunning and so relaxing. Highly recommend.

We have been to other bath houses and spas but this takes the cake. Pure privacy, Exfoliation of the back, Heated blanket during the massage. We were taken away with the presentation of the oasis, the views and the massage itself. My partner comes from a family of masseuses. So, It’s hard to impress him. He was on a high leaving. Top of our last and this certainly won’t be our last visit. Thanks so much guys. You’ve all exceeded our expectations. Don’t change a thing

We had a great experience from the time we walked through the doors. The staff were lovely answering any questions we had and explained how to use the different spas with safety advice using the ice spa if it was out first time. The gardens in the spa area were green, , everything was clean and the grazing platter was amazing with beautiful surroundings sitting in an area. It was so relaxing and will definitely be back . What a fantastic experience. I popped to the spa for a day in between flights to and from Perth Airport. - 20 mins in a taxi from the airport. The team were honestly so fab from Jacqui’s prompt communication and Courtney is highly recommended. - I felt really cared for. Courtney was extremely professional and her treatments set me up for my long flight. Grab a graze box it was devine! I’ll definitely return when in Perth again. Big thank you ❤️

The property and spa are absolutely stunning. I had an amazing facial with Jade – she is friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. I also wasn’t rushed out the door and enjoyed a lovely tea in the garden. Courtney checked in at the end of my service and cemented the fact for me, that the customer service and overall experience was outstanding. I already booked my next session!

I took my sister here a couple of days ago for the Spa for 2 and our expectations were met and well and truly exceeded in the highly capable hands of Lah Yu and Amy. The moment we walked into the Centre we felt our stressors start to melt away and we relaxed into a purely blissful state for the 2hrs we were there. I could tell straight away that the girls were trained beauty therapists that really knew what they were doing. The physical treatments and the products were exceptional. I doubt I've ever experienced better value for money with a spa experience. Can't wait to return!
