Great place, that offers great services. Last time we used their Oasis area- sauna with the hot tub for 2 hours. Had our own private spot with a real Finnish sauna experience. Left us very relaxed. Also their customer service is great. They changed our booking time by a day, even if it was late notice by us.

I had such an amazingly enjoyable experience today! I was warmly welcomed -by surprise familiar faces too! =] then I started off outside with my own private sauna experience! Then lead inside for the remainder of my serenity package - so completely relaxing and I felt very pampered! Lastly, I was treated with delightful refreshments in a beautiful secluded area, with a view!! Such a hidden treasure - I absolutely recommend it to all who desire a bit of me time, pure happiness here!! Xox

We had a 1.5 hour stay at the Oasis, it was beautifully tranquil and relaxing in the sauna and spa, the cheese platter was a nice finishing touch. Definitely will come here again.

Best spa experience I had to date. Customer service was amazing. Treatment was perfect. Sauna and a massage amazing ending my 2 hours of bliss sitting in a garden with cup of tea. I didn’t want it to end. Well done🙏 and thank you. Forever grateful for this amazing Mother’s Day gift from my children 💕

What can I say, can’t fault a thing! This is our 4 or 5th time here, and we truly love this place staff are friendly and we love the fact you can sit in a nice relaxing area after massage with beautiful view and take in the piece and quite, always enjoy coming here it is by far the best place we have ever been can’t wait to come back and enjoy a sauna and hot tub. I had an absolutely blissful visit at the Swan Valley Retreat. Started with a relaxing sauna, pampered with a luxurious massage and facial, and finished with a cup of herbal tea and nibbles overlooking the garden. Thank you Celeste! I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a little R&R :).

Great facilities, great setup, ok massage. Agreed firm pressure with the therapist but received below medium. Overall good experience though (platters, alcohol removed wine, facilities are fantastic). Thank you!

What an amazing surprise! I’ve lived in the valley since 2009 and didn’t know about it until hubby booked me in for sauna, massage and facial. Courtney was incredible. I have never experienced such a beautiful facial. There are layers to the treatment - I think 8? Courtney is such an empath with her massage technique. She responds to your body’s language. I’ll definitely be back. Loved the sitting area overlooking the lake with a petit four, choice of hot drink and sparkling water. Perfect finish to an amazing afternoon! Thank you!

Couple booking for The Oasis. This was booked as a birthday treat and wow!! From the moment you walk into the reception office, you begin to relax. The staff were friendly and professional, and although they took the time to explain the experience and answer questions, were efficient and allowed us to settle in before we began. The cedar sauna and hot tub were beautifully set up, and it really did feel like a private Oasis. All needs and wants were catered too, and it really was above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be back to experience this again!

I booked an oasis area session and double massage for my dear friend and I to celebrate our 40th birthdays and it was just what we needed and wanted. Beautiful spa/sauna area for unwinding, Followed by a very relaxing massage and an added treat of having refreshments in a gorgeous cabana after our massage so we didn’t have to rush off. A beautiful space with beautiful people however the rooms are very loud with background noise and while getting a facial there was no hand massage like my previous experience with you.
