A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Had an amazing afternoon at the Canberra Day Spa. I did the body rejuvenation journey and it was incredible. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and you're totally relaxed as soon as you walk in. The body scrub was divine, and my whole body was exfoliated. After that I had a dip in the hydrotub which was a little awkward for me as I'm quite short so maybe I'll try the geisha tub next time if that's different! After that I was served some refreshments and tea. Then I was led into the massage room where I received one of the best massages OF MY LIFE. Can't wait to come back.

A lovely and friendly team greet you at the door, and the infrared saunas are beautifully appointed with a shower for cooling off when needed! Highly recommend. Other saunas in Canberra are more of a sports recovery, does the job but doesn’t provide a luxe experience, or is part of a bathhouse experience which is more expensive. Reju perfectly creates a wellness experience that is relaxing and beautifully designed.

My experience at Canberra Day Spa was lovely , my only suggestion would be to get wider and longer tables the table was narrow for a larger person and seemed short and firm . Otherwise treatment was nice thank you

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

My first time to Reju and it was amazing! I opted for the Suana session. You actually get your own private suite for 45min, with your own shower, sauna (90°C) and sitting area. This place is was well thought out and the owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys body maintenance. I'll be back next time I'm in Canberra. Thanks Reju!

With just a short 15 minute drive out of the CBD from the moment we entered the salon we were pleasantly surprised and treated like queens. We spent 4 hours of bliss with our chosen package. My only complaints are maybe the owner could look at a choice of disposable undies not just the massive granny pants we were offered & and that the light lunch be given more time to enjoy as this time was included in our 30 minutes for the use of the spa and sauna so we didn't really get to savour their benefits. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Canberra

It is amazing, best place in Canberra. It’s not the first time I go there , I go every three months and it is always the same great experience. My masseuse Pia is great. She soo professional, kind and courteous. Trust me you leave hale feeling relaxed energized and very satisfied.

10/10 - Had the most amazing experience at Canberra Day Spa today. Highly recommend the Grounding Ritual for 2 & 1/2 hours of relaxation. The team are attentive and anticipated my requests of water and bathroom breaks. Left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

It was my first time having a male massage therapist at a Spa in Canberra. It was my first massage post partum so I was a bit nervous. Kyle was wonderful, professional and really gave a fantastic 2hr oil massage. Ive had a lot of massages over the years and this was honestly one of the best. It was relaxing but also felt like he got alot of knots out. I'll be booking with Kyle again.
