He decided on a whim he wanted to cut his long hair a bit and was a little nervous when it was time to go through with it. Our experience could not have gone any better! Staff was warm, attentive and so delightful. Our stylist referenced our inspo pic several times to make sure she was getting it just right, asked questions for clarity to make sure we got what we wanted, and was just all around amazing. 10/10 perfection
