This was, without a doubt, the best pedicure I've ever had. The experience was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! The customer service was exceptional and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The environment was spotless, clean and inviting, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My attendant was very patient and professonal... she seems to have excellent knowledge of her craft. She made me feel my preferences were most important. I didn't see her face well as she wore a mask (understandably), but you could tell by the way she spoke that she was pleasant. I liked the ambiance. I was politely offered something to drink on entry, I asked for it to be delayed as I was not quite ready for it. It would have been good if she bore it in mind and followed up to see if I still wanted it. That however did not detract from the good service overall. Keep up the good work!!
