Iv been getting waxed for years but stopped going to my usual place as prices hiked up so much. First time visiting the beauty lounge and not dissappinted. Staff were lovley and friendly and made me feel at ease, wax didn't hurt either. Price was very reasonable. Think this will be my new regular salon

Harriet at the Beauty Lounge is a very experienced and professional beautician. She is very friendly and informative about the treatments she is doing for her clients. Harriet recently did a mini manicure and pedicure for me, which l was very happy with, she has also done waxing for me aswell. Would definitely recommend Harriet and the Beauty Lounge for Beauty treatments.

Had my usual appointment with Rosie, another great job on my nails & toes. Historically I have visited various salons in both Sunderland & Newcastle & have to say the experience I have had since coming to Dolled Up has been by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly & relaxed & all staff make you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this salon, their range of treatments & pricing is very competitive.

Brilliant waxing experience with Emily - we had such a laugh! She’s a true wax professional and perfectionist and I’ll be booking with her again :) x

I have never had a wax before but decided to have a Brazilian wax, Robyn tried a couple of different wax options as I have quite thick stubborn hair. My skin is so smooth now and I won’t need to worry about shaving any time soon! Thanks Robyn

First ever wax and Robyn was amazing! I felt so comfortable in the salon, the bed was extra wide and very sturdy so I felt safe when manoeuvring around. I have very sensitive skin and Robyn was extremely accommodating, trying three different hypoallergenic waxes. She ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would recommend The Butterfly Lounge to everyone! A very friendly, inclusive salon. There is nothing like it anywhere! Well done, Robyn. I will be booking in regularly!
