The salon is very warm and welcoming, and a delight to visit. The treatment was a wonderfull headspa & facial. The aromas from the oils used was amazing, and heightened the senses. Brilliant as always. I had a Manicure, Spa Pedicure and a Luxury Facial and wow , what an amazing experience. Thank you Joanna 🙂 left the salon feeling pampered and relaxed. I’ve been in many salons in Sheffield and Joanna is by far the best. Extremely knowledgeable and top quality products. If I could give more stars I would.

Katie is a great person she went out of her way and came to my house to do nails for my daughter, my mum who has Alzheimer’s and is unable to visit her salon and myself we had a great morning and we all have a terrific set of nails for a wedding at the weekend

I can highly recommend Elite Waxing for a comfortable, quality, smooth wax. It is a Lovely salon with professional and friendly staff who are meticulous at ensuring a smooth wax using techniques to minimise discomfort. The salon is thoroughly clean and hygienic, wax strips and sticks are used once and binned straight away. They must go through hundreds of them! The online booking system is easy to use and I like being able to view the availability and choose a suitable time. A big thank you to Amy, simply thee best waxer 💓

Today I had a full body exfoliation with Katy. First, I received dry body brushing of the whole body which felt exhilarating and then I was given a lovely and relaxing full body exfoliation which melts away with the lovely hot soft wet cloths which feels just wonderful. A Moisturiser was then applied which smelled lovely too. The salon room is nice and warm with gentle music in the background. Thank you Katy x

My mum recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaven Beauty by Joanna for a gel polish manicure and pedicure, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Despite my mum's arthritis, Joanna, the salon owner, went above and beyond, even getting on her knees to ensure my mum's comfort during the pedicure. Georgia was lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Communication & instructions were clear which is very appreciated for my autistic self! I've always had a great experience at Elite Wax and would be a regular customer (not just pre-holiday!) if I had the spare cash 🙂 P.S. I have been to Joanna a number of times and will be going again in the future. Her salon is spotlessly clean, she uses the best products, and does a great massage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Joanna has also done my wife's Gell Nails when we went on holiday, they were 'bullet proof' and lasted well over two weeks without chipping. ☺️

Even though I only went for an eyebrow tint and shape, a lot of effort was put in to make sure I was happy - being a new client to Coco. I am very impressed with how my eyebrows look, in comparison to other salons that do not put as much care and effort in. I will surely be booking again!

First time I have been here and Fee explained everything as she went along. Didn’t feel embarrassed at all (even with the intimate waxing) as she was really professional and friendly. Not been for many waxes but definitely the best experience I’ve had and the least painful due to the technique she uses. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again without hesitation.
