I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while! Having been getting waxed for years, I can honestly say Emma is the absolute best in the business. She always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and her attention to detail is unmatched—she is so thorough every single time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my waxing now.

Zsuzanna was welcoming and friendly from the get go. She made me feel incredibly confident that I was I safe hands. She was warm, attentive, knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend.

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Melissa was wonderful. She has such a lovely, vibrant personality. So easy to chat with and have a laugh with. She did mani pedi on my daughter and me. So pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Emma is a true professional. My teenage daughter went for her first wax and was nervous. Emma was kind and patient with her, and gave her some balm to soothe the waxed area.

Had a brilliant experience at Cinder’s Cove! 🥰 I was even late and she was still able to fit me in, with great results! The little sample bag you get as a first-time client was sooo cute too She’s such a lovely person, and I’ve had absolutely no problems since my appointment. No notes honestly, would 100% recommend :)

Always a pleasure. Love my little therapy sessions with Melissa in her little salon. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. I get a lot of compliments on my nails too.

Amelia was absolutely lovely and made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment.
