I’ve been having treatments with Dionne for the past few years and she is brilliant. I have my waxing, brows and nails done - Dionne is very professional, caring and skilled at what she does. Dionne has lots of experience and knowledge so has plenty of tips about how to maintain the treatments.

I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

Heinsha was very experienced and told me some things I didn't know even after I have been getting waxed for years now. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and the wax wasn't very painful at all. I will be coming again

Lovely, trendy little salon in Manchester city centre (NQ). I've been Lala's returning client for about 8 years now which speaks for itself. I always get compliments for my gorgeous lashes, Lala is simply the best out there and also a wonderful person ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this is my fourth time at the salon and I really wouldn’t trust anywhere else to do my hair, all the staff make me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable every time, and the atmosphere is always really good, all of the staff have a great sense of humour and all co operate amazingly well. I am so pleased with my hair and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the fantastic job the girls do, so glad i found this salon and I genuinely think it may be one of (if not the) best in Manchester

Nas was so lovely! It was my first time having a wax and tint and Nas made the experience perfect. She had amazing attention to detail and care for what I wanted regarding my shape and colour. She was also really lovely to chat to, thank you so much :)

Loved going to get my nails done here while I was living in Manchester. I always got one solid color on my nails but they were always amazing and I loved the shape we would do. I liked that we sometimes would chat about our lives but we could also sit in comfortable silence and listen to music.

Such a lovely place with even lovelier technicians. I'm not from Manchester but if I were I'd def'ly come back every other week for my nail maintenance. Location is perfect and they are very fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

I have known Nastrant for 15 years now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is truly talented in her work, her attention to detail and her care shows in her work. She always provides exceptional work one of the best beauticians out there. All of her products that she uses for massages, facials, waxing and so on are exceptional products and she will always be honest with you what is suitable for your skin. Fantastic venue and location to Manchester Piccadilly station. I booked last minute as I was only in Manchester for a few more hours. Had a fantastic luxury pedicure where I felt truly pampered and the attention to detail was fantastic.

Nadette is a beautiful woman she makes you so comfortable and welcoming. Her work is amazing she puts in 110% effort into her work. I have been coming to Manchester from leeds for a year now just to have my hybrid eyebrows and eye lash lift. I have tried other salons but know one as perfect as nadette x

I’ve been going to So West Didsbury for 3 years now and I’d never go to any other salon in Manchester! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, the ladies are very attentive and always up for a chat. I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10. If you are to make a booking and want a kind caring and professional waxing always book with Sadz as I know I will in the future. Thank you sadz I’m beyond grateful
