Excellent professional and friendly service provided by Jade. She is very experienced at Lycon waxing, with the procedure being the least painful waxing I have ever had. The salon is always spotlessly clean and appointment times punctual. I highly recommend both Jade and the salon....always 5 star +++

I’ve been using the salon for a while now and Jade is so friendly and professional. The salon is always immaculate and a nice relaxing environment. I find the lycon wax they use to be less abrasive as my skin is sensitive, particularly on the bikini line which I used to absolutely dread. I would now get a hollywood without a second thought.

Jade put me at ease as soon as I met her. She explained everything before she started and gave aftercare advice at the end. A very competent and knowledgeable practitioner. A lovely way with her. I will return again and highly recommend her to others, no bother.

I had my Hollywood wax done today with Catherine, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was my first time getting it done here in Derry, and Catherine immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was professional, friendly, and explained everything along the way, which really helped calm my nerves. The salon itself has such a lovely, relaxing ambience — clean, welcoming, and beautifully set up. You can tell they really care about making clients feel looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend Catherine to anyone.
