Always love my treatments - September is warm and welcoming, and I couldn’t be happier with the services I received! This time I had a pedicure and my brows done. The pedicure was so relaxing, and my feet have never felt softer or looked better. She uses high-quality products and takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. My brows have never looked this good! She shaped them perfectly to complement my face. The salon is clean, well-organized, and has a lovely ambiance. September clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. I highly recommend her services.

I had a Hollywood wax done by misha, she was very professional and she made me feel at ease during the treatment. I’ve been going to the glam for for a while now and I would definitely recommend. I have my makeup done here from time to time and it’s always spot on and lasts all night. Beautiful clean salon and great atmosphere xxx

Jo is a very polite and friendly lady. The work was done effortlessly to a high standard. A complimentary hand massage and cream as other salons do would reach it to perfection.

What a lovely first time experience with Summer!! I was trying to find someone to do my waxing and saw the great reviews for SRG. I Would definitely recommend a visit here. Shaun was knowledgeable and such a nice person, cut my hair exactly how i wanted it. Also really happy with my colour applied by Ruby. The salon was busy with a lovely happy vibe about it. Great local salon if you live in Hatfield 😊

Shaun is a fantastic hairdresser. I instantly felt at ease and he took time to understand what I wanted. I left feeling so much better about my hair and booked to have colour correction as I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Salon is clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly. A lovely, quaint salon in the heart of Old Hatfield. I had a brow wax and it was virtually pain free! My therapist was kind and gentle and I felt right at home. I look forward to trying more treatments!

Excellent, painless waxing as always in this friendly salon.

Nicole did my nails- a mani and gel finish. My nails look great and the salon looks clean and fresh. Nicole is a skilled manicurist and good company - we chatted the whole time. Would recommend.

Nicole has been waxing my brows for about 2 years. I have gradually been trying to grow them out since I over plucked in the 90’s. Nicole has shaped them perfectly. I will be going back so they can be maintained.

The best arm waxing I have ever had- it hardly hurt and I definitely will be coming back for the same / more treatments! Thank you so much!
