Very patient and professional, trying to find the best solutions for me.

The interior was beautifully decorated and smelt of relaxing essential oils. I was greeted politely and offered a drink and a seat ready for my treatment. Maria was friendly, conversational and very lovely. I felt totally comfortable with her for my treatments. The waxing was perfect - good temperature that Maria checked with me, a tidy finish and most importantly I wasn’t rushed through the pain! I received a discount - I assume as a new customer or because it’s January, and also a very lovely goodie bag which included soothing oils for post waxing. Highly recommended!

Both Hayley and Gemma are not only incredibly professional and great at what they do but they make you feel like an old friend, so relaxed. I cannot recommend them enough. I go for nails, waxing and eyebrows.

Cerys performed a very diffecult wax on myself and I have to admit I didn’t feel a thing.
