After a really painful experience at another laser hair removal clinic, I’d been put off trying laser again. Then I found Sophie at The Glow Room, and it’s been a complete game-changer. Every session has been pain-free, and Sophie always makes me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after. I’m already noticing amazing results, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend The Glow Room to anyone who’s been nervous about laser or is looking for fantastic results with exceptional care.

Excellent Hollywood wax at the Parlour Room - such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Lovely rooms and great service. Enjoyed chatting away and completely forgot I was having a wax. Felt super quick and efficient but also a fantastic quality wax. Definitely a return customer! Couldn't recommend it more.

I had brow lamination and tint and a Korean lash lift with Zoe and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the whole experience just felt like catching up with your bestie, it was so relaxed, comfortable and full of chats and laughs. Zoe is amazing at what she does and makes you feel completely at ease while still being so professional and attentive to every detail. I walked out feeling like the best version of myself! My brows and lashes have never looked so good!

I had lumi-tox microneedling with Sophie & it was amazing!! Sophie is so knowlegable and has got me hooked on microneedling and new skincare which has really improved my skin. Its such a pleasure and Sophie really goes above & beyond and is just so good at her job! Genuinely wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you!

Carly at the Parlour Room is wonderful! I’ve had several professional treatments (manicures, pedicures and waxing) in regular appointments and cannot recommend the quality and care I’ve received highly enough. The atmosphere is wonderful and spotlessly clean. Carly always greets with a smile and is consistent in comfort and relaxation.

I had my very first waxing appointment at The Parlour Room and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carly was incredibly accommodating and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, was professional yet friendly, and created a comfortable, welcoming environment. I am absolutely over the moon with the results from my Dermplan facial. The Glow Room Brackley really took so much care into the facial, the overall experience and talks about after treatment.
