The salon has been beautifully renovated recently, it’s always a calm welcoming space. I have had my lashes done by Hollie for around 7 years now and my lashes are always amazing! Hollie is very professional and knowledgable with a kind and caring manner. Highly recommend Swans! 🦢

Absolute pleasure as normal 😄 I go regularly for waxing, but also have had facials & manicure. Emily is fantastic, I always feel relaxed. It’s almost like therapy when we have a good chat!

Sophie is very thorough and professional. I can't imagine getting any better treatment at an expensive beauty salon.

Emily was fantastic. It was my first time with waxing and I was really pleasantly surprised by the experience. Emily was so lovely aswell and put me at ease.

Another great visit having my brows with Hollie . And lovely cuddles with sir Bruce great to see him at the salon

Thank you so much. I am more than happy. It was my 1st time in this salon. I came for Russian lashes infill and actually I though I already need full set, because almost nothing left. Amazing Hollie made a miracle! My lashes look great now. She asked me some questions before start to make sure I will be happy with the result. At the end she also gave me some recommendations how to take care about these lashes. Excellent experience!!!
