The booking system on Dawn’s website is very easy to use and I was able to pick a prompt time slot at my convenience. On arrival (parking on the forecourt), Dawn directed me to her salon which was calm and tranquil. She explained the procedure to me before she began and invited me to relax on her toning table. I was having my chest waxed which Dawn completed in good time while keeping me occupied with cheery conversation, always keeping me aware of what she was doing. This was my first waxing and I will certainly visit again. Recommend.

Had my second appointment with Justine yesterday and she really does put you completely at ease throughout the visit. She’s super friendly and very informative and has made both appointments a breeze! Absolutely amazing experience! I had a Hollywood wax and it was by far the most professional, comfortable, and through treatment I've ever had. The therapist was incredibly skilled, made me feel totally at ease, and talked me through each step with such kindness and confidence. The treatment was quick, precise, and surprisingly painless thanks to her technique and calming energy. The salon was spotless, the wax used was high quality, and the results are flawless-smooth, clean, and no irritation at all. I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and totally looked after. 10/10 ❤️

I love going to this salon because it feels like a wee family. I come from Scotland and I come to blackpool very often. I get my lashes done by Loren and she is amazing my eyelashes are always great. I wouldn't go anywhere else ❤️

I was so impressed with Justine from start to finish. I have been waxed by different therapists but Justine was so professional and the result is amazing. Can’t wait to get that bikini on. I had 3 amazing treatments in my appointment. I had a full lemon and lavender body scrub with a hot towel cleanse, and warm oil massage finished off with a facial. I felt so relaxed and amazing after them. Zoe is excellent at what she does and is so professional and kind. I love coming here for my treatments and always leave feeling 100% better than when I arrived. I also love the tranquil feel to Zoe's treatment salon, its the perfect place to go to re-energize and relax, all at the same time. I reccomend Pampered @ 62 with Zoe for that special experience.

Excellent, I had some facial waxing & a dermaplaning treatment. The salon is warm & friendly, the prices are very affordable. I have already booked in for some more pampering, so that speaks volumes.

Great visit to the salon, I feel this place is a hidden gem in Blackpool. Next appointment already booked for the New Year.

Ive been to the salon a few times for builder gel nails and Rachel has always been brilliant. She always listens to what I'd like and my nails are always exactly what ive asked for. She's patient and always lovely to talk too, very professional and a wonderful lady. A lovely calm salon also which is a really nice experience.I will definitely be visiting again and and will look at some other treatments with Rachel! Thank you ❤️

Had my 1st Hollywood wax session with Justine, cannot recommend her enough!! Was put at ease straight away, she was gentle with the waxing as being pregnant makes it more sensitive. The salon, CM Aesthetics, was modern and clean with a friendly approach from everyone I came across. Great experience, especially when you can have a laugh during the session.

Very happy with my hair with Hannah Was such great fun today not your average hair and beauty salon so much more than a salon. Will be back very soon x
