Great consult, checked allergies, if I’d had the treatment before, what colour I wanted, brow shape and how lifted I wanted the lashes. No irritation from the wax and I’m usually highly sensative to strip wax but had no problem here. Lashes are perfect.

BIAB infill was excellent as always—carefully prepped, thin & natural looking. Just a heads-up that having 3 techs working at once can feel rather overwhelming rather than relaxing. I couldn’t check my toenails & they ended up slightly uneven. Lucy was amazing with my child, painting her nails neatly & making her feel so welcome! I hoped for better on my 2nd Korean lash lift here, but the results have been inconsistent. First time fell straight; this time one side has a slight curl & the other is sharply kinked. Having had perfect results in Korea, the asymmetry is just too noticeable.
