First ever sugaring experience and can’t believe how pain free is was! I had the same Lyon waxer back in the UK for 10 years so was quite anxious finding someone in Australia after moving but I can confirm this will be my new waxing salon after such an amazing experience.

I've been coming to Sweet Lab for a few years now and Julia is always so friendly and attentive. The appointments move swiftly without rush, the space is always clean and the therapists kind, professional and friendly. I recommend to anyone looking for an alternative treatment to waxing or laser!

I have been coming to Heavens since I was 11 years old and even had to privilege to work along side Leeann and Sandra at the salon. I had the most amazing facial with Sandra. Not only did Sandra take into account what I wanted to achieve but she added on her own touches which I loved. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and looking 25 again! I cannot wait for my next facial appointment.

Holly was prompt. efficient, delightfully friendly and did a great job on my waxing in general and specifically my eyebrows

First time visiting this salon today & glad to say it lives up to the positive google reviews! Tia did a wonderful job with my hair, the butterfly layers are exactly what I wanted. The salon had a relaxed, friendly vibe & the complimentary drink was nice too. Will definitely come back :)

Love all the warm and approachable staff in the clinic. Eyebrows and injectable treatments are always tailored to my face and perfect. I drive 35 minutes to attend this salon regularly and it never disappoints.

Mel is an amazing therapist. She is professional and so good at her job. I had a Brazilian and eyebrow was and Bronwyn dye. And a lip wax. I’m very happy with the waxing. My eyebrows look amazing. I would not trust my eyebrows to anyone else.

Sugaring is much less painful than waxing. It was my first time sugaring. I have been waxing since I was a teenager, and I was quite used to the pain of waxing but now in my mid 60's this is a much kinder. I will be continuing with sugaring from now on.
