After trying a multitude of varying pain relief treatments which didn't last, I ended up at Alleviate Pain Relief Therapy, hoping for a less painful and holistic approach to tackling all my niggles from horseriding, running, cycling etc. I was happily surprised at the customised approach to a long-term pain management strategy and the knowledgeable insights on dealing with each of my old and some new injuries and scheduling it around upcoming races and events to optimise performance. I have not felt my back so relaxed in a very long time. I would recommend this to anyone who is feeling tension on any part of their body to try ALLEVIATE body therapy.

I had a fantastic aromatherapy massage from Elaine. I opted for the balance and ground option as I'd had bit of a hectic day. Afterwards it felt like nothing could burst my bubble. I was extremely relaxed but also alert. Her massage strokes were both relaxing and invigorating. Can't wait to go again!!!

The therapy provided for lymph glands swelling is working very well. The medication is also making a big difference to the sores and lesions caused by the swelling and lack of circulation. The therapist Karla is doing a fine job of treating the swollen glands in my left leg. Thanks and well done!
