I had my first visit to Royal Salt Cave today for an infrared sauna session, and it was such a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Laura was wonderful—she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. I'll definitely be back to try the Himalayan Salt Therapy next. Highly recommend if you're looking for a little self-care and relaxation!

My overall experience was great. My massage therapist, Malik, was professional and listened to what I was experiencing with regard to pain in my body. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional as well. My daughters purchased gift certificates for a massage and the salt cave. My experience was wonderful!

This was my first time visiting this spa. I purchased the Mother's Day package and attended with my sister, mom, and mother-in-law. The location was so pretty! And clean! The aesthetic is very luxe feeling and instantly you're greeted by a gorgeous and kind staff. The massage was definitely 10/10! The therapist was willing to communicate and even offered suggestions for pain management at the end. The salt cave was super cute and very relaxing. Myself and my guests loved our experience overall--it was all we could talk about for the rest of the weekend. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience as always. We enjoyed the graduation tower which is my long time favorite. We noticed the addition of the red light therapy with halo and opted to try it. Laura was so friendly and made our visit. Love it!

The MOST affordable premium spa facility I've ever been to. It's incredibly clean and beautiful. The sauna is superb, the shower rinse off was amazing, the salt cave and message were breath taking. And the salt lamps they sell are so incredibly low in price. The atmosphere is super cozy and luxurious and clean. The staff is so friendly! I loved it here. This was my first visit here and I plan on coming here twice monthly. Way better than the city prices and services I've purchased in Chicago.

I would highly recommend The Salt Cave for massage therapy. I had Becky as my massage therapist initially and requested her for my second massage which I had today. She is an excellent massage therapist. She listened exactly to my explanation of problem spots and offered the right amount of pressure that I was comfortable with. She is very professional, timely and gifted in her career.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere is immediately calming—the ambiance is absolutely beautiful, and the decorations are gorgeous. It’s the kind of space where you can instantly breathe in the relaxation and leave the outside world behind. ​I was greeted so welcomingly, making me feel valued right from the start. As for the massage itself—it was absolutely superb!!! My therapist, Carrie, was incredibly skilled and attentive. If you are looking for a flawless, deeply relaxing spa day, I cannot recommend this place enough!

We were greeted with a friendly smile and ushered off to our salt cave experience!! It was relaxing and cozy. Right after we were in the massage rooms which were beautiful. My massage therapist was excellent! I would recommend Carrie to anyone, she was fabulous and very professional, she made sure to ask questions about specific areas and then worked on them.. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10

If you are stressed look no further. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with the most calming environment and the kindest staff. If you are looking for a massage therapist that knows what she's doing ask for Carrie R. She removed knots in my back & neck that I didn't even know I had. She is truly amazing! I then sat in the salt cave for 45 minutes. The salt cave provided an immediate escape from a racing mind. Surrounded by glowing amber walls and gentle music, the quiet space made it effortless to disconnect, practice deep breathing, and melt away mental tension.

I booked this massage mainly to deal with stress and soreness from workouts, and it delivered. The therapist paid close attention to my tight areas and used just the right amount of pressure throughout. I could feel the tension releasing during the session, and afterward I was noticeably less sore and much more relaxed. Definitely a great option if you’re active and need recovery support.
