I’ve been attending Cormac for physio for a while now, and like every appointment so far, he was excellent. He really listens, identifies what’s going on, and puts a clear treatment plan in place. I also appreciate the practical ‘homework’ he gives to support recovery between sessions. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing massage session and I’m really grateful. He is a true professional who clearly understands the body. I came in with pain on one side, but he quickly identified that the real problem was actually on the opposite side because the muscles were compensating. After the session my neck felt so much lighter and I could breathe easier. Everything feels more relaxed now. Thank you for the attentive approach and for explaining what was happening with my muscles. Highly recommend!
