I booked a last minute appointment after over training and not stretching. I was due to compete in a competition the following morning so I was extremely worried I wouldn’t be able to compete. I honestly can’t recommend Courtney enough. She went out of her way and booked me a last minute late night appointment (then came to find me when I got lost) She listened to me and really went out of her way to work on my injury. She also showed me some stretches to work on during my warm up. I was able to complete with ease and comfortably after her treatment. I will most definitely book back in.

Gemma is very knowledgeable, very thorough and talks me through everything and makes me feel at ease during and after treatment! Great at communicating before and after treatment. She’s always willing to go the extra mile, she’s very professional and amazing at her job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I go to Gemma for my lips and skin boosters and Botox and I can’t believe the difference in my skin it is unbelievable! Courtney is very professional, first and foremost and knowledgeable and personable and approachable. While studying for a degree in Physiotherapy at Preston University. She enroled in and successfully completed several Sports massage relaxing massage courses . So what you get with CS Sports Rehab is Treatment from a trained Sports Masseuse who is also a qualified Physiotherapist . Courtney is the reason I have been able to go back to the gym after Piriformis issues and shoulder injuries . Quite simply she is good at what she does.

I’m currently seeing Ben for rehab after tearing my calf muscle. After 10 days I’m really pleased with the improvement and the progress that’s being made. A combination of hands-on therapy and clear guidance regarding which exercises to do is working well.

Due to a motorbike accident. I have visited Ben on a regular basis. His expertise and knowledge are great for understanding the body, pain issues and working on the required areas to aid recovery. I would highly recommend. Also if you require deep muscle physio work, Ben has the techniques and know-how.

Fantastic conversation and could tell he genuinly wanted to help. Took the time to listen to the obsticles I'm currently faced with in my rehabilitation and gave great help and advice, with some great next steps. Would recommend to anyone trying to get back into training!

The therapist is very informative about your condition, he communicates effectively on every step of the session. He gives attention to details. I had a sports injury on my right leg and he really did the most in a short period of time. I feel much better and appreciate his assistance so much.

Went with a knee issue that wasn’t going away. Was professionally assessed. Proper sports massage (Ouch!) and ongoing exercises really well explained. Booked in for follow up appointment- hoping to continue rehabilitation at a pace . Extremely pleased with, and would recommend 360 Healthcare Hub
