Today I had my first appt with Naomi (physio) and she was excellent. She freed some of the tightness in my lips and back and improved my movement. She was also very professional, friendly and encouraging. Happy to recommend her to anyone needing a good physio.

Was my first team visiting the clinic today. I was very impressed with the modern feel upon entering and it had a really nice vibe. Jordan was brilliant and thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Wow what a great experience! The clinic is beautiful, clean and welcoming and Naomi was awesome. She made me feel at ease, was friendly and knowledgeable and instantly assured me she could help with my pain. Every person I interacted with there was friendly and helpful and I came away feeling in safe hands with a plan of action moving forward. I’d highly recommend booking an appointment.

Two weeks after my initial consultation and treatment with Naomi and I’m still pain free!, after suffering a shoulder problem for a couple of years. Today’s follow up appointment addressed another niggle I’ve been having with a thorough treatment where I gained so much more range of motion, I’m surprised and very happy with the results. Also, my Oura ring recorded what it thought was a yoga session. 😄 which is proof of how pleasant the experience was!! Also, I have to add the clinic is beautifully presented, you’re super relaxed as soon as you enter.
