I received a perfect treatment from Lowri today, I've had a trapped nerve for months, had a few treatments but this one really made the biggest difference, lowering tailored my treatment to what was going on in my personal life as well as physically. I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Yet again another really good experience at select therapy, Lowri does a top job all the time can’t fault her

I recently visited physiotherapist Huw and had an excellent experience. From start to finish, the service was highly professional and thorough. Huw took the time to explain the issue in detail, ensuring I fully understood what was going on and why certain exercises or treatments were necessary. The advice given was practical and tailored to my specific condition, helping me feel more confident in my recovery process. I left the appointment feeling optimistic and well-informed. I feel better after seeing the osteopath for a follow up appointment consultation and therapy, not just for having therapy but also my concerns were heard and a management plan put in place specific to my injury. Great welcome , then very thorough discussion of current health, date of injury and movement issues since fall.after this I had the physical examination. Mike Griffiths very thorough gave good advice on improving use on injured arm in getting out of car, putting on coat etc. Suggested ways to reduce pain too like ice packs and he fitted tape.

Sian provides physical & psychological care so than mind & body are calm

Huw gave me a comprehensive verbal and physical examination to define the back problem followed by an initial treatment to relieve the pain.
