Fab sports therapy massage in a cute private space next to the house so very peaceful. James is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with and I felt very comfortable telling him where I was in discomfort with my knotty shoulders. Definitely felt the stress and knots dissipating as the hour went on and will be back for more sessions! Thank you!

With an upgrade in James’ music this has added to the experience and is a welcome distraction whilst being kneaded from head to toe. The new set up is really cosy and feels very private. No one else I would go to.

I have learnt a lot about my body through the issues I have developed and am now managing the issues with the help of James who has done a wonderful job of releasing tension and also recommended a great mobility coach who has given me a programme of exercises , much more effective than my experience with the NHS physio service .
