My experience at First Choice Therapy was great! Daisy was very helpful and friendly in helping me with my lower back pain. She asked me a few good questions to assist with the problem and gave me a few home exercises to do that really help with restoring my back to normal. I really appreciated her friendly and helpful attitude towards me and I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend First Choice Therapy to fellow friends/family.

I've been attending First Choice Therapy for a while now for a shoulder and neck injury which was causing me a great deal of pain and discomfort as well as affecting my quality of sleep. I was having to take pain killers on a regular basis which is not something I do unless really necessary. After the first couple of sessions there was a noticeable improvement and at each subsequent session there has been further improvement. This has resulted in improved sleep, better mobility in my shoulder and no pain killers! Excellent result for me.

I've chosen to do a course of sport massage from Lewis, this was session 3 and I'm really feeling the benefit. I felt great from the 1st session,( my neck/shoulder pain was alleviated immediately) but feel the investment of a regular massage is having a huge positive impact on both my physical and my mental health. Looking forward to my next one already.

I have been visiting First Choice Therapy every week or every two weeks for several months now and have gained huge benefits for my neck and shoulders, which feel much freer and I have less pain. Because I have a neck injury going back over forty years, I will probably continue my two-weekly visits for deep-tissue massage and joint manipulation forever! I also occasionally receive dry-needling treatment. I highly recommend Lewis, who is extremely professional, thorough and friendly and carefully follows the COVID-19 rules for patients' and his own safety.

I visited [her name] with a long-standing shoulder issue, and within minutes she identified exactly what was going on. She explained everything clearly, treated it on the spot, and I walked out feeling better than I have in years. Highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about getting you pain-free and performing at your best. Can’t recommend her enough!

Lewis was very understanding and knowledgeable, taking care to listen and ask the right questions during the initial part of the consultation. He was very thorough and put me at my ease during the physical exploration of my symptoms, injury and treatment. He also showed and talked me through some exercises to keep me going until I see him again next week. A great confidence giver!

Lewis is amazing! An absolute expert in his field, he is reassuring and communicative throughout the therapy so you are aware of the areas he is targeting. I have come away feeling like a new person, highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier with my first session with Lewis. Had very limited movement in my neck and a lot of pain. After just one session, a lot of movement was restored and apart from being slightly sore from the treatment, I left mostly pain free. Would recommend anybody to visit First Choice Therapy.

I went for a dry needling and back massage and I have to say it was amazing. I have been suffering from bad knots in my shoulders for some time and the therapy relieved the discomfort I had been feeling. Highly recommended and I will be back for a follow up treatment!

Hallelujah for Lewis joining our local business community! Following an illness, I've struggled with mobility in my back and neck with long term head pain. I had an hour deep tissue massage and am freed up phenomenally after just one session.
