I have just completed a series of 3 massage sessions for scar therapy. During this time I have experienced a reduction in tightness of the muscles adjacent to the scar, a reduction in swelling of both the scar site and the surrounding tissue and an increase in abdominal comfort (as the scar is across the abdominal area). I believe this has allowed me to progress my rehabilitation exercises quicker than I expected and will help me return to my previous fitness levels safely and speedily.

I had my first of three planned scar therapy sessions at this appointment. In just 30 minutes I could feel a reduction in overall swelling of my scar tissue, plus a substantial lessening of the ridges of the scar area. I'll feedback again after the third session.

Usually Tracey provides me with regular maintenance massage therapy, however recently I had a back pain incident for which I required a little more specialised care. Tracey safely released the painful areas and within three sessions, plus a little work on my part, I was able to get back to low level training at the gym. I felt very glad to have her on call when I needed and this is the fastest return to activity after such an incident that I've experienced.

Tracey is exceptional at what she does. Her depth of knowledge, advice and targeted massage was brilliant. The lymphatic drainage and massage has made a huge difference in both the feel and look of my new breast. This is the second reconstruction surgery I've had following my breast cancer treatment and I only wish I had went to her years ago!

This was my 4th visit to Tracey since 16th June and there is no doubt that the Treatment is working with my legs being now noticeably thinner and feeling much lighter which is now helping my mobility quite considerably. The treatment is painless and really quite pleasant. A visit to Tracey is a very pleasant experience and I am particularly impressed by the fact that she is ever conscious of the cost as the plan moves forward and deciding on the next appointment date. Always a nice welcome from Tracey who tailors your appointments according to what she perceives as being your needs. I have now had 3 Lymphatic Drainage Sessions with her over the past four weeks and the treatment is comfortable and appears to be working so far tho' it is still early days. I am looking forward to seeing her again in 2&1/2 weeks time..
