Leah was so lovely, kind and calming. She helped guide me into talking about what I needed to through her gentle questioning, understood what I was saying and what it meant, and gave me such brilliant tips and advice on how to manage my anxiety better. The advice Leah gave me has enabled me to think more rationally and therefore go about my daily life with more ease and happiness.

This is an incredibly personal treatment but cannot rate Sue enough in terms of making you feel at ease! Incredibly knowledgeable and your made to feel that no question is too silly to ask!

Sue was absolutely amazing. She talked me through what would be happening and what to expect. She was very professional and very easy to talk to which made me feel at ease immediately. Sue gave advice of supplements/products that would help long term and after the appointment, sent an after care sheet. I cannot rate Sue highly enough!
