I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I woke up the following morning with no symptoms and that has continued since. This is a must for hayfever sufferers to have regularly over the season to help normal life resume!

I went to Clare for a pregnancy massage which was great. The whole experience was relaxing and helped ease pregnancy aches and pains. Clare was lovely and knowledgeable and made the whole experience a much need treat. Looking forward to go back for other treatments during my pregnancy!

Had my first Tui Na Chinese massage with Lisa, all her treatments are brilliant and i really enjoyed this one. Theres always something a little extra as she tunes into you as a whole and leaves you floating out of there. I always recommend Lisa to people and will definitely be back.

Really informative and professional, put my daughter at ease while she was trying acupuncture for migraine relief for the first time, hoping it gives her some relief but Lisa shown us some ways to help when a migraine comes on which was really helpful definitely would recommend .
