It's hard to put into words how wonderful Kirsten is at what she does. She works a kind of magic and it's utterly amazing. Today was probably my best experience yet. I came away feeling so connected with myself. I felt lighter physically and mentally. Thoughts felt easier to process. I'd go weekly if I could. She really is amazing and I can't thank her enough for what she does for me :) xx

This was my first reiki massage with Kirsten and I didn’t know what to expect but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease straight away. She talked me through the process and explained things so clearly. It felt like a complete reset for my body and mind. I left my appointment feeling amazing and calm. I’ve never had distance reiki before, only in person. Very much felt the energy and flow. I felt very reassured and informed by Kirsten and her after care was incredibly thoughtful. Would definitely recommend if you can’t do reiki in person.
