Amy is always kind, understanding and reassuring. This was my 3rd session. Each time has felt very different. Yesterday I cried and am still crying on and off now. I appreciate that might sound like a bad thing but I've been keeping so much bottled up to "keep the show on the road", that this has to be a good thing.

This was my first experience of Reiki. So naturally had all of those nerves that come along with opening up and trying something new. I shouldn't have worried. I was in great hands at Bloom. Everything was clearly and calmly explained and taken nice and steady. I left feeling better than I have in ages. So calm and content. Thank you :)

My first time having a Reiki Session - I am going through some really personal, deep issues at the moment and Reiki reallyy helped me connect with these issues and a huge weight has been lifted. I’ve been visiting Amy now for several months and honestly the way reiki makes me feel is just incredible! I’ve had a lots to deal with in my life in recent months and my sessions with Amy have had a massive positive impact on getting me through hard times. Amy is so supportive and amazing at what she does, she always goes the extra mile with me and I feel such a great connection with her already. I just come away feeling lifted and lighter. Just wow. The best, more relaxing, spiritual, enlightening experience I have ever had!! Amy is just incredible at what she does, I didn’t want it to end. I’ve often find it so hard to switch off and calm my racing and scatty thoughts. However I managed to relax, breathe, stay still and sink into the experience fully with Amy. The energy was amazing. I also felt physical popping and movement in my upper back as the energy shifted. I hold tension in my back and have been having massages and cupping therapy to help. Amy released all tension without even touching me!! Thank you xx
